The Vinely, operator of The Vinely, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 30 days of your first charge and we will refund the most recent payment in full.
How to request a refund
Email info@thevinely.com from the address associated with your account and include the date of purchase. Refunds are issued by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charge was unintentional, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund the renewal and cancel the subscription. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
What is not refundable
- Charges older than 30 days, except where required by law.
- Accounts terminated by us for violation of the Terms & Conditions.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including any statutory cooling-off period.
